Can ebasq use my account credentials ?
No ebasq cannot use any user credentials at all. We have done our best to create secure online shopping platform and continue to upgrade security of application and data.

I am not receiving any promotional emails/offers/ newsletters
if you are not receiving any such emails please subscribe to our newsletter, Go to ebasq.com and click on newsletter button and submit it.

I want to order large quantity of orders for my company? Can I do it to ebasq.com ?
Yes you can always request for large order by sending us email and telling us what are you looking to buy. We will confirm you back with the availability of items.

Can I save my banking/credit card/financial information at ebasq.com ?
No we do not allow user to save his/her any type of financial information. No information related to bank/credit card/ any banking card/ any financial information are saved at www.ebasq.com. You will have to enter your card information for each purchase online at www.ebasq.com

How do I know my order is confirmed?
We always send email after order confirmation and SMS on your registered phone. You can also confirm from MyAcount at ebasq after login.

How can I check my order status?
Login to your account on ebasq and you "track my order" to find the status of your order.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?
As per company policy, a shipment can't be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.

Can I open my package before accepting delivery?
This option isn't available with ebasq purchase. If the item you purchased has such option available. You can always read on item details page about such policy.

Is there any way I can check my order status?
You can check the status of your order by clicking "Track MY Order" after you login to your account at ebasq.com

How long does it take to get refund for my returned item?
After receiving the original item, our QA team will perform a quality check which may take 2-3 days and initiate refund. We will also keep you updated on email and SMS.

What should I do if I cannot login?
Make sure you enter your username as your email and correct password If your password is not working you may proceed with reset your password by clicking Forgot Password link under login button If our website ebasq is down we will display a message that our website is currently down for maintenance and please try to login after sometime. We usually notify our customer in advance for shutdown/maintenance event but in case of any emergency we will always have message on our website. Even if our website is down you can always connect to our customer care to find out more details

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do now?
The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day in case you miss a delivery. Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time? Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can't collect your order the first time.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
At rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for latest updates about your recent order. A new delivery schedule will be shared with you on your registered email and mobile number and you can also track its status by visiting MyAccount and click Orders.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
We usually ship orders 1-2 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time please contact our Customer Support at ebasq we will look into it.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?
An e-mail & SMS will be sent once you've successfully placed your order. We'll also let you know as soon as the seller ships the item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). You can track your orders from the 'My Orders' section on your ebasq account.
