Method Of Payment
Azansys InfoTech Pvt. Ltd. accepts all major credit/debit/ Rupay cards, net banking, and Cash on COD (Cash on delivery) in India Rupees. Buyers can utilize our secure online payment gateway facilities for your secure transaction. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping will be done within 24 hours of the order placed and delivery will be done with 5-6 working days. Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday until 6 pm. Order Received after shipment windows will be processed next business day.
Within India: Via Major Courier Services (DTCT, Blue Dart, Trackon) Allow 2-4 to dispatch days for delivery.
Outside India: Via Major Courier Company DTDC, DHL, FedEx Orders are shipped Monday through Friday until 5 pm.

Delivery Preferences
You can choose your shipping preferences in Your Account after placing your order as long as the order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.
Group Delivery: Ordered items into as few deliveries as possible. If you choose this option while placing your order, we will wait until we have all the items in your order before shipping them. For instance, if you order one item marked as "Usually ships within 2 to 3 days" and another marked "Special Order: Usually ships within 4 to 6 weeks", we'll ship both the items together when the special order item becomes available. Very occasionally, we may choose to deliver non-gift orders as the items become available, even where you have selected to group your items and ship when your complete order is ready. In these circumstances, you will be charged only for one delivery.
Expedite Delivery: If you choose this option while ordering, each item you order will be shipped as it becomes available. Your delivery charges will increase, but to save you money, we make an effort to group several items together to reduce the delivery costs.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will keep you informed of any products you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Products will ship as they become available. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Taxes
Azansys InfoTech Pvt Ltd. shall automatically charge applicable sales tax/GST for retail orders to be delivered to addresses within INDIA.

Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Return can be requested with 48 hours of the order received and a refund will be done through online mode in 5-6 working days.
Returns In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfills one or more of the following conditions:

Was delivered in a physically damaged condition.

Has missing parts or accessories.

Is different from what was ordered.

Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Please read carefully the return window to return returnable items on the item detail page. Items may have different return windows based on the nature of the item to return and should be returned only within those stated return windows and as per term and condition stated above. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you. Please contact us within the applicable return window for a replacement. Non-returnable items will not be accepted as a return
